More of a science(y) ethanol question but…
Essentially I always knew that when ethanol is evaporated into the air it mixes with oxygen and becomes a different compound that’s not alcohol
But tonight someone told me about “baudoinia compniacensis” a fungus caused by airborne alcohol.
I don’t know how these two things can coexist. If there was so much airborne alcohol wouldn’t we be getting drunk all the time? For free? Haha
