does anyone else’s face turn super red when they drink

So Ive been drinking vodka for awhile now but recently my face keeps turning super red when i drink. The last time it got super red was last year and it happened once only, but now every time i drink its been super red and i dont feel drunk at all. Ive read up on it and apparently its some enzyme that causes it but why the sudden activation after all these years? But also Recently I changed my mixer from Vodka & Coke to Vodka & Orange, is it the citrus that trigged the enzyme? Anyone else experiences these kinds of red flushes and how do i get rid of it?

(For context, Yes i eat before i drink and i drink plenty of water in between drinks. At most in one sitting i only drink half a bottle of 70cl vodka)
