Need a unique gift reccomendations

Hi all, my boyfriend absolutely loves alcohol and cocktail making, so for Christmas I want to get him something really neat.

He loves Green Chartruese, but that’s been impossible to find, so I’m looking for other reccomendations under $80.

Again, he likes every type of alcohol- spirits, liqueurs, anything. I just really want something that has a unique flavor rather and would be great if it had a cool backstory like Chartruese.
