Jack and Wine?

Last night I (20F) drank 3 glasses of wine and a (small) shot of Jack. I ended up blacking out and waking up to vomit all over my room. This has never happened to me before. I am a college student, and I regularly will drink a lot more than that (sometimes around 10+ shots) and just the other night I had 6 glasses of wine, a fireball shooter and an edible and didn’t even feel nauseous. And I have never blacked out, let alone vomit all over my room and not remember it.

I guess I’m wondering if there’s a way the combination of red wine and Jack daniels could cause this? I’m really confused.

I should also add that I had eaten a normal amount of food (lunch, dinner and some snacks) and am not on any medications.
