Christmas Presents

So, my wife and I started something few years back where we make Homemade Limocello and give it to family and friends for Christmas. We always use Everclear and Fresh Lemons, so it ends up being very potent by time it is ready. Since starting it, we’ve done a couple of variations adding Blueberries and Cherries. However, this year I wanted to do something for a few co-workers and I asked them what their favorite fruits are. They came back with Strawberries and Pears. Having done the Blueberries and Cherries, I know those work. However, I’m not so sure about Pears or Strawberries. Anyone know how I should/could go about doing this so that the fruit remains intact for the finished spirit? Thanks!
