Hangover?

Im 34 years old and it’s weird to think that I have a hangover this morning. In the past the only way I’ve an intense headache that leads to vomiting is drinking a lot of tequila shots. Well, last night I drank one beer and just 3 tequila shots and that did it for me. I didn’t even feel drunk last night, but this morning I woke up with a terrible headache and have thrown up twice from the headache. No stomachache. This feels like a bad migraine. How could I feel this terrible with smaller amounts of alcohol compared to other times? Anyone else?
