tics triggered by vodka??

started drinking vodka recently and whenever i take a shot my tics get triggered? and its only tics that occur in my day to day life, not just random movements. i have this tic where my head will jerk to the side and one where ill start blinking a lot, and whenever i take a shot of vodka both of those things start happening for around 5 seconds until it goes away. wondering if anyone has any idea what causes this or shares similar experiences?
