Alcohol caused stomach pain

I’m 24m, I was at a vacation. I’m really an occasional drinker but this time I had alcohol for three days continuously with 3 to 4 cigarettes while drinking.

1.3liters of beer and whisky 2 glasses 1st day

(I also drank it quickly )

Only beer 2 large around 1.3 liters strong beer 2nd day

3rd is the real scene, I first time tried brandy and ended with beer im passed out completely and puked that night heavily, next day morning I had watery puke and I couldn’t eat anything followed that I got pin point lower left abdominal pain felt like it’s bleeding I started to feel really dizzy and faintness kind of feel then the pain faded away but had scaly rash in my armpit the next day which also faded away in another 3 days . My stool got black speck and had heavy dizziness for more than a month and it went. I got extremely anxious got some pins and needle feeling.

Now I have heart burn and pointed pains in side of my rib and front side, the left lower pointed abdomen pains appears really slightly when pressed also have black speck in stool. All my blood test is normal

If anyone could know what it is please let me know !
