How to recreate the taste of alchohol

As in how do I recreate the taste of alchohol without actually adding alchohol, I ask bc I think soda (in particular mt dew) Is too sweet, and I want to add some bitterness. I tried this alchoholic mtdew they released awhile ago and I thought it tasted super good, I’m not old enough to drink yet and even if I was I don’t wanna get drunk everytime I wanna drink a soda
