Drink may be laced

Mt buddy got a “reparation ” gift from some people who ran his pockets at a party while he was sleeping but the bottle of fireball was unsealed but full and they said they drank some and had ice in it, these people think they gangster so I wouldn’t put it past them to spike a drink, so basically is a small amount of foam and bubbles normal, even if it’s mixed with water, can someone test and send results?
