Is this amount too much for a month?

I earn about 115.000 a year in Canada (it comes roughly to $5000 per month), and my wife says that my drinking at $400 a month is too much. wanted to get your opinion on this. Is this too much? I pay $2200 for rent, about $400 for cards, and $500 just for cell phones and electricity. We have two sons for which we are claiming childhood benefits for as well. I want to make sure that as the sole breadwinner, I don’t spend overmuch. By the way, I only spend on beer, nothing stronger.
