Alcohol intolerance?

I always drink beers but these last three months after a night out. Hangover comes with a runny nose and itchy throat like allergies. And as weeks pass by I notices a couple of times right after I drink stronger beers like 5.0% alcohol I start sneezing several times like 10-15.

Does this sound like alcohol intolerance?
