Why would this company label this as extra dry vodka?

I bought a handle of this because the price was good and imo, vodka is pretty much vodka. I didn’t read the label very closely when I bought it.

When I got home I read “extra dry”, and thought that this was going to be pretty harsh.

Then I thought about it a little more and it dawned on me….this is vodka, vodka isn’t sweet to begin with…what in the world does extra dry mean in this sense?

Maybe I’m wrong and this has a meaning that I am unaware of, but it seems like this company is just trying to make a sale based off of nonsense.
