Sambuca

hi! i recently started working in a liquor store and i barely have any knowledge about all the different things we offer. All i really know is that baileys is my alltime favorite and im really a liqour type of gal, not whiskey or anything. (not yet maybe?)

Now because i do want to learn about the things we sell, yesterday i bought Sambuca! I tasted it, very very strong anise flavour, stays on ur tongue for a while. But my question is, do you just drink it like this? cold and with ice, or do you guys have any cool mixes/cocktails to reccomend me with sambuca? Thank you for your time!
