Alcohol and weed

Hey. Sometimes when i drink and smoke abit too much, i feel like im going to die. As if my body is trying not to give up. Im pretty much oblivious to my sourroundings, my thoughts are the only thing i can control, having a hard time breathing and my heart beats so hard that it hurts and feels like its going to explode anytime. Is this an overdose of the 2 substances combined, and is it concerning?
