18 year old trying to quit

I don’t exactly want to stop drinking but I’d love to get it to just a weekend thing, I’m wondering if anyone else is in the same boat and wanna help each other out because I drink about a 5th in an night and it’s getting really sad so I wanna sober buddy tbh
