What’s with the one gold cap?

So I recently picked up this 10 pack of Fireball and one of them has a gold cap. All the other packs around it did not have one, and after deep diving online and even calling Fireball customer support I haven’t found any reason for it to be like this. Is this a Willy Wonka golden ticket type deal?
