Deadly allergic to Tequila and Whisky

I was a pretty heavy and consistent drinker for few yrs, but the past year and half I started drinking a bit more and got introduced to Tequila. Ive had a few shots here and there in the past and I was fine. But recently when ive drank tequila and whiskey (honestly think anything dark liquor) my face starts blowing up starting from my nose then my eyes, ears, lips then my entire face within 10minutes to the point my face is unrecognizable and hurt so bad I thought my face was gonna explode. I wish I can share pics cus my face actually morphs into a monster but dont wanna embarrass myself.

The first time was with a single shot of Tequila. The 3rd time it happened it was purely Whiskey and the swelling was 10x worse it travelled to my throat and it closed up I was literally gasping for air and had to be taken my the ambulance. The 4th time my face was fine but my hands started developing hives and swelled up intensively and travelled to the rest of my body. The 5th time I mixed wine with lychee martini which thought it was vodka but my face swelled up to an unrecognizable state again but more tolerable than the first 4.

Yes ik I should stop drinking, now I only drink gin, vodka and wine which works perfectly fine. I feel like a part of it is triggered by panic too cus once I start to feel my nose congesting I immediately start freaking out that it might happen again (which it does) and it really accelerates the swelling. I think thats why the 5th time was better because I tried my best to calm down and focus on my breathing. What exactly is happening? It also takes multiple days for the swelling to go down and come back to a recognizable state. 🙁
