Legs feel heavy after a glass of wine?

Hey, idk if anyone else experiences this but when I have a glass of wine my legs feel like heavy? Idk if that’s a good description. They feel weird, kinda like after a work out but nicer and milder. The same thing happens to my mom with wine specifically. I don’t think it’s alcohol neuropathy bc I drink so rarely. My face also gets super hot and red, sometimes itchy in the cheeks. Does anyone know what this could be? Do any of you get this too?
