This Western take on a New York Sour cocktail comes from Laurel Brasserie & Bar in Salt Lake City, UT.
Great Basin Sour
Ingredients
1 ½ oz. High West bourbon½ oz. Sugar House Distillery rye½ oz. Grand Marnier¾ oz. Lemon juice½ oz. Simple syrupEgg whiteRed wine float
Instructions
Combine ingredients (except wine) in a tin and shake.
Strain into a coupe glass and float red wine on top.
Garnish with lemon slice and Luxardo cherry.
