What is this drink?

Last week I had my first drink while traveling to Canada (drinking age is 19 there) and my mom ordered me a Paloma with vodka instead of tequila. However the bar was out of grapefruit juice so the waiter said they were making something similar, I loved what they made! It tasted like really sour lemonade, super good. But whenever I asked the waiter if he could ask how they made it he just said he “doesn’t ask questions” and “let’s them work their magic” I wasn’t pushy enough to ask for the ingredients and now I’m regretting it, I want this drink again! All I know is its based off a Paloma, has vodka, tasted like lemonade, and had a lemon slice in it.

TLDR: I don’t know what’s in this drink, does anyone have an idea?
