Drank mouthwash like an idiot

Guys I drank a quarter of the big bottle of mouth wash after having two tall can voodoo rangers, and 50mg librium. Didn’t feel much during that time but couldn’t sleep till late. I was also vaping hard. I woke up and my stomach feels like shit its kinda bad and all upset. Should I go seek help or am I gonna be fine? Also feel a little derealization but that could be cause i barley slept 4 hours.
