Possible BAC estimate?

Hello all, I got arrested last week for a DWI. It was sort of bullshit, I was arrested before having even left my parking spot near the bars, and I had not had very much to drink. That’s besides the point though. For anyone who has experience with BAC’s I’m curious of an estimate of mine based on real experiences and not a chart from the internet.

I’m a 6’ 3”, 205 pound, 21 year old Male. I was arrested at 1:28 am and probably had my blood drawn for BAC levels at 1:45ish am. I had my first drink at about 9 pm and probably finished it around 10:30 pm. It was a 24 ounce Blue Moon can. I then met some friends at a bar a little after 11 pm. At the first bar I had one 16 oz Lonestar beer (4.6% abv), a mixed shot that was not terribly strong, and a glass of water. By about midnight we had left that bar and gone to one across the street. At this bar I had one 16 oz Blue Moon (5.4 abv), and one 12 oz Miller Lite (4.2% abv).

We left the second bar at about 1:20 am where I believe we were followed by cops (I was driving home 3 friends, all of which were much more intoxicated than I was). Any guesses on my BAC based on my info. I’m waiting to get my blood results back but this can take months. If I come back under .08 my case will be dropped.
