Sambuca Old Fashioned

Anyone ever tried this? My FIL introduced it to me.

3oz 100 proof bourbon 1oz Sambuca 6 dashes angostura bitters.

Add ingredients to a mixing container with square ice and stir.

Strain to a cold glass over square ice and add either lemon or orange peel and enjoy.

Sounds weird but the sambuca adds a nice sweet touch and unique flavor to the drink. Try it out if you like and let me know what you think. It’s one of my new favorites!
