Feel too full of liquid when lying down after drinking
Every so often, not all the time, after drinking a few drinks, I’ll feel SUPER full of liquid. It’s to the point that when I lay down to go to bed, the liquid feels like it’s rising up my throat and there’s phlegm in my mouth. My stomach feels like a fish bowl filled to the top with water spilling over. The only way to alleviate it is to puke a little bit. That first puke yields SUCH a relief. The pressure in my body is significantly alleviated so I can comfortably lie down. I only puke a bit because I still want the water/food I consumed in my body, and I feel great after the first puke. I can’t predict when this happens and when it doesn’t, but today I only had three beers and I spent 2hrs drinking water and eating a bit to restore myself before going to bed.
Does this happen to anyone else? Why does this happen?!
