Bourbon is better than cognac
Call me crazy, but I’ve never found cognac to he pleasant to the nose or palate. I’ve had it many different times. It just does nothing for me. People I know always go nuts over Hennessey.
Bourbon, on the other hand is my great love. First time I had it was with a close friend of mine overlooking a beautiful hotel view during October. There was a small creek beneath us and we could see all the vivid leaves floating around. I sipped my drink and picked up such AMAZING notes of corn, caramel and vanilla. Ugh I love it.
Anyone else feel the same?
