Based on my last few months usage am I at risk of any serious withdrawal (details inside)

4/23 to 4/30: took 27, 0.5mg lorazepam throughout the week. daily doses. don’t remember exact doses but I’d guess 1-2.5mg for each day

5/1 to 5/10: took 2, 0.5mg lorazepam sometime within this time frame, don’t remember exactly when but i remember splitting one of the 0.5mg pills in half to sleep so it was 3 days total of taking the pills

5/11: took 2mg lorazepam 5/12: took 2mg xanax 5/14 night into 5/15 morning drank some alcohol

6/5 or 6/6 can’t remember which day took 0.25mg xanax

6/9: took 3.5mg ativan 6/10: took 3mg ativan

6/18: had 1 beer

6/25 (pretty sure): took 2mg lorazepam

7/2: drank at Gary’s party 7/3: took 0.5 mg lorazepam 7/6: took 0.5mg lorazepam 7/12: took 1mg lorazepam

7/19: took 1mg lorazepam

7/21: drank

7/23: drank 7/24: drank 7/24: drank 7/25: drank 7/26: drank a few beers throughout the day + took 0.5mg ativan

Just some notes: before 4/23 I hadn’t taken any benzos for like 2 months. during the brief gaps in this i never really felt any withdrawal symptoms. and the drinking from 7/21-7/26 is very unusual for me, but i’ve been on vacation so kinda just letting loose. i don’t really care about minor withdrawal symptoms i just don’t want to be at risk of anything serious
