Even If There’s A Fire
Ingredients
1 ½ oz. Gunpowder Irish gin¼ oz. Giffard pineapple liqueur½ oz. Turbinado sugar½ oz. Lemon3 dashes Sesame oil2 Cucumber chunks
Instructions
Muddle cucumber, sugar and sesame oil in the bottom of tin.
Add gin, liqueur and lemon.
Add ice and shake for 30 seconds.
Double strain into rocks over a large cube.
Flame orange peel, release essence and discard.
