Make ahead mocktails that can also be cocktails?

I’m getting together with my cousins at one of their apartments. Some of us can drink, but one is pregnant and one is underage. I’m looking for something nonalcoholic I can bring in a pitcher, but that I can add alcohol to when I pour out glasses.
