Hi people! I think I’m gonna start a diary here if that’s okay, the amount I’ve drank in the par few days feels like my heart is gonna give out lol, I’ve always had alcohol issues but it was under control again until recently

My gf is at Glastonbury with her ex and idk what to do other than drink, I’ve already had a litre of vodka in the past 8 hours
