allergy or intolerance?

About 20 days ago, the first time I actually drank a significant amount of alcohol. After that day, I woke up with itchy red marks all over my body, especially my right arm. It lasted for more or less a week and left scratch marks from me stratching the itch.

Recently, I drank a bottle of gin with my two friends. After the first shot, I was already tipsy and I could feel me getting drunk. A few minutes in I got the red marks again. That night, I had chills and couldn’t sleep, so I drank cetirizine. It got better after a while.

After that day, I had alcohol again for the third time, first time trying beer. The first shot was tequila. I still had the red itchy marks from last time, and it was getting more severe while drinking. While sleeping, I got the chills again, was uncontrollably shaking, and was having difficulty breathing. I thought I was gonna die, and drank cetirizine again. The day after that, I was still itching specially on my arms, sometimes on my legs. I can’t sleep now, two days after drinking, because my throat is dry and I have trouble breathing since that day. I won’t drink alcohol after this, I swear. I might regret it in the future.
