Alcohol clears my skin?

Whenever I drink alot of alcohol at a party or event, I wake up the next day with my skin looking fuller, and my pimples and redness gone.

If I have a skin rash that won’t go away, I’ll go out drinking and then wake up the next day with the rash or any swelling gone.

What could cause this?

Is it actually the alcohol clearing my skin? Or some other factor related too it?
