Accidentally took 1000mg of acetaminophen as a heavy drinker.

For context, I had really bad cramps and my fiancé got me Midol. I had no idea it had acetaminophen in it until I looked at the other package later. I had already drank some champagne earlier that day and had three truly’s since the pills and that’s it. I also drink almost every day. Is severe liver damage likely? I never take acetaminophen. This was the only time in probably months/years I’ve taken it but I know that since I drink more than I should, I might have done some serious damage and it’s making me panic.

Please let me know if I should go to the hospital or if this one time taking the recommended dose while drinking will be okay?
