took excedrin after drinking

i rarely drink, first time having any in a while and i had too much. to the point where i felt nauseous which hasn’t happened to me til now. napped for about 4 hours and woke up with a headache feeling awful, without thinking i popped 2 excedrin migraine. i know alcohol and acetaminophen are hell on the liver especially together, will i be alright? any signs i should look out for?

sorry if i’m overreacting. definitely taking this as a lesson learned and will be more careful in the future.
