Alcohol messes up my sleep
Alcohol really messes up my sleep in a few ways. If I go for a few beers or glasses of wine I can never get to sleep after it. I also struggle to sleep the following few nights after a night out. On top of this I’ve started binge eating really badly if I’ve had any alcohol. I need help on this. I’m not a heavy drinker and enjoy a few social drinks with friends but this is messing me up to the point that it’s making me want to stop.
