How many ounces of Whiskey is this (guesstimate)?

It’s a 20oz beer glass, if that helps? I don’t have a shot glass to see how much I’m drinking. I’m trying to just have less alcohol I have 2 of these a night, instead of my usual like 5-6 light beers.
