How do I make sure my Jell-O shots don’t stick?

I’m having people over tomorrow and low key for myself I don’t really care about getting weirdly messy with Jell-O shots but with people coming over I want to try to make it easy lol. Does anyone have tips for not making them stick? Google says to oil it but like does that leave a weird feeling in your mouth or anything?
