fainted after drinking

I drank like a quarter(180ml) of vodka mixed with some lime soda . I felt great for a while but i fainted and threw up. this never happened to me before. i had drank much more than this but never fainted like that. also i was empty stomach so that could have been a reason but im not really sure . pretty confused right now
