Mint Cocktail Recipes

I have a ton of peppermint growing in my flower beds. What started out as a few plants quickly turned into a huge mess. I’ve always liked Mojitos and Mint Julep, but what are some other cocktails include mint that I may be missing? Going to try and drink my way out of my problem. Thanks!
