Alcoholics of reddit do you consider yourself a drug addict?

I’m a drug addict but not an alcoholic but I always found the terms like ‘drug addicts and alcoholics’ ‘drugs and alcohol’ etc weird since alcohol is drug. Do you consider yourself a drug addict or do you view it as a separate thing? Maybe because illegal drugs are more stigmatised?
