Arms and legs feel weird when I drink??

I’m not a drinker, I’ve only ever had one shot or beer when offered but when I drink wine coolers specifically my arms and legs start getting this weird feeling. The only way I can really think to explain it is when something scares the shit out of you and your body goes cold for a second, that’s what it feels like but it doesn’t go away. What is going on and why is it only with wine coolers?? It starts after I have like half the bottle, It’s so strange.
