Allergic reaction randomly with drinking

I drink the same thing and I’ll be fine some nights. But occasionally I’ll get this allergic reaction when drinking where I feel super fucking hot on the areas and be incredibly red and patchy. Any idea what it is? I have eczema/severe dry skin. I also have adhd and take adderall. Today I took ibuprofen as well. But I’ve had this happen without taken medication before as well!
