Waking up after just a few hours of sleep after drinking alcohol
I know it’s very common as you get older but does anyone have any tips on how to sleep better after drinking? After even just a few beers, I wake up after about 2-3 hours sleep and am wide awake then unable to get back to sleep. I have a stag do next weekend and I’m concerned about how poorly I sleep after drinking. I know this is common as you get older…I’m 32. Im finding this issue is making me consider stopping drinking but that is tough when on a 2 night stag do!
