Pinch of Green
This verdant cocktail uses an Australian whisky base, with ginger syrup and melon liqueur.

Ingredients
1 ½ oz. Starward Two-Fold whisky1 oz. Lemon juice¾ oz. Ginger syrup½ oz. Midori½ oz. Simple syrup
Instructions
Combine in shaker and shake.
Strain into a Collins glass.
Garnish with mint sprig and shaved nutmeg.
