Safety question

Anyone experienced with moonshine? My brother gave me some 100 proof midnight moon moonshine and I thought about finally getting into it but it’s been opened and sitting for a good min and when I opened it last it smelled kinda like rubbing alcohol and had condensation built up on the top. Am I good to go or is that a bad idea?
