First proper drink to try?

I’m going to a nightclub with my friend tomorrow. I’ve been drinking alcohol for like a week now (I’m 21, im aware I was late to start drinking), and I don’t really know what type of alcohol to buy at the club. Some people are saying shots to save money.

I have vodka and rosé at home, so I could have something before I go out too. I’m mostly thinking about what to buy at the club.

So far, at home, I’ve only had Prosecco, red wine, and vodka mixed with coke.

I don’t know if I’m making sense because I’m pretty sure I’m drunk.

Basically, what type of drink would you all recommend someone who’s new to alcohol?
