black vomit while drunk? is that bad?.

sorry if makes no sense still bit drunk. drunk last night vomit on my carpet again. but was black. this morning and 2am found on my floor. idk when i was sick dont really remember anything. just know woke up 2am found it. anyway should i be concerned?. thats all trying to ask sorry doesnt make much sense.
