How to enjoy drinking again?

Apologies if this isn’t something that belongs on this Reddit, however, I used to love drinking and partying, then I discovered drugs and that made drinking seem pointless in comparison, now im completely away from drugs and want to be able to go to a friends party and have some drinks and have fun again. Not really sure if anyone has any advice that could help but anything is appreciated, happy Friday folks ✌️
