Can I keep drinking after throwing up context below

I drank alot yesterday and ate alot of meat but now it’s the morning been drinking since 7 it’s almost 10 now I just threw up my food from yesterday and I feel like new can I keep drinking I’m doing exercise and stuff also so it’s not like I’m not doing anything what do you all think
