alcoholic neuropathy?

forgive me if this doesn’t belong here. I wasn’t sure where to post So basically I turned 21 recently. Truthfully, I never drank before that. I drink very sporadically and I’ve only gotten very drunk like 3 times. Last night I had a party and I did get extremely hammered. I noticed around 3 am that I had a tingling sensation in my feet. I thought maybe it was just my heels that caused it but then I woke up with it still a little tingly. Immediately googled it, only to see that google diagnosed me with permanent nerve damage and sent me into a panic attack. Has anyone experienced the same thing? Everyone reporting it says they’re heavy drinkers and/or have been drinking from a very early age. Neither is my case. The sensation is about 90% gone as of this moment.
